Lush inspired edible 5 Gold Ring Cookies!

''On the Fifth day of Christmas.....''
Vegan, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Wheat-free, Gluten-free
Chocolate Orange GOLD COOKIES!

Along the same theme as my Peeping Santa Strawberry & Cream Nibbles, i decided to replicate Lush's 5 Gold Rings.

The 5 Gold Rings is Sparkling Bubble Bar Rings , sweetly scented with Festive Spices and Vanilla...surely to get you in the Festive Spirit.  
The Rings contain Skin Softening Illipe Butter and uplifting Moringa Oil. 
All you need to do is, crumble one Ring under running water and watch your Bath turn a gorgeous Orange/Gold and fill your bathroom with delectable scents!

I instantly knew how i would make an edible version on the stunning 5 Gold Rings. 
 I made these Golden Cookies using Wheat/Dairy-free Ingredients with Orange Oil and small chunks of Dark Chocolate!
 These are super easy and fun to make and put together, but they are very effective and would be perfect served at a Christmas Party or Festive family gathering. 
...
Ingredients-
-128grams of Rhy Flour
-197grams of Plain Gluten-free Flour (I used Doves Farm)
-1/2 a Teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda
-Pinch of Salt
-100grams of Maple Syrup
-2 1/2 Tablespoons of Orange Extract
-125grams Grapeseed Oil
-1/2 a Dairy-free Dark Chocolate Bar

Lets get Baking.......
Step 1- Get all of your ingredients out, and measure them.
Step 2- In a Large mixing bowl, combine the Flour's, Bicarbonate of soda and Salt until mixed.

Step 3- Next, in a separate mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients... Oil, Orange extract and Maple Syrup.

Step 4- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix up until a moist dough forms. Then tip in the chunks of Chocolate.

Step 5-  Dust your worktop with Flour and with clean hands, scoop up the mixture and roll with a rolling Pin until around 1cm thick. 

Step 6- Use a Large Cookie Cutter and cut out Circle Shapes and with a Smaller Cutter, cut a small Circle in the Middle to form a Doughnut Shape and place onto your lined Baking Tray.

Step 7- When you have all of the Cookies on your Lined Baking Tray, pop them into the Oven at 180degrees for 8 minutes.
After 7 Minutes check the Cookies, and bake for an extra 5 minutes, until your Kitchen smells like a Bakery & cookies are a light, golden brown.
With an Oven Mitt, take the tray out of the oven and place on a Worktop.
Immediately scoop up the Cookies and place on a Cooking rack to cool.

Step 8- Wait until the Cookies have Fully cooled then spray with Dr Oetker Gold Shimmer Spray and My Cake Decor Luster Spray.
These Glitter Sprays work really well on Cookies and Desserts.

Once the 5 Gold Rings are.....Gold, add them onto a piece of Raffia and tie together!
Take one off when you fancy a chocolate orange cookie ring.
Keep stored in a sealed Container.
