You can use this topping like a Parmesan cheese & sprinkle it onto your Pizza, on Spaghetti for added Goodness & flavour, on-top of Salads...the list goes on & on!
-3/4 Cup of Dry Cashew Nuts
-2 Sachets of Gluten-free Yeast Powder (I used Doves Farm Yeast Powder)
-3/2 Teaspoon of Salt
-Pinch/1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Granules
Step 1- Pop all of the Ingredients into a Food Processor and whizz up until like Breadcrumbs. This should take a few minutes.
As you can see by the Photo above, this recipe makes a fine & tasty Vegan Cheese Alternative.
Sprinkle this on Pasta/Pizza for added taste & Protein.
