Pizza is definitely one of those foods that I'm sure everybody loves!
Pizza always reminds me of my holiday in Italy, sitting in a Roof top bar overlooking Lake Garda (pure bliss!)
This Pizza Sauce is very simple & quick to make, and easily beats shop bought sauces.
Its cram packed full of delightful Italian flavour from the yummy Herbs!
A must for a Pizza Lover!
Ingredients-
-1 Tin of Plum Tomatoes (400gram)
-1/4 teaspoon of Dried Basil
-1/4 Teaspoon of Oregano flakes
-1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
-1 Teapoon of Soya Protein Powder (Optional)
-Pinch of Tyme
-Pinch of Chilli Flakes
(if you plan to use Fresh Herbs, add them into the Sauce when cooking)
Step 2- Transfer the Sauce into a Pan and place on the Hob, on a Medium heat and keep stirring until for around 2-4 minutes. Now is the time you can add in your Soya Powder(if you would like some extra goodness & Protein)...this also helps to thicken the Sauce!
The Sauce is now ready to add to your Pizza right away!
