Vegan at Las Iguanas

I have been sourcing out Restaurants & eating places that cater for Vegans which offer a good variety of food! 
Las Iguanas is a Latin/American Restaurant, located all around the UK. They offer quick & light bites, Meals, Desserts & Drinks/Latin Cocktails....Las Iguanas offer an excellent variety of Food for Vegans and Vegetarians.
 Below you will find the list of Vegan food Las Iguanas offers! :)

Sides-
-Holy Guacamole (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £4.00
(Make your own & season as you choose, with spice dusted corn chips.)
-Totopos (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £2.95
(Spice-dusted corn chips with our tomato salsa.)
-Latin Dips (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £0.75 or 3 for £1.50
(Tomato salsa, Guacamole, Aioli, Soured cream, Jalapeños, Herb chimichurri, Spicy cranberry salsa, Corn & sweet chilli salsa, Molho à Campanha, Salsa ‘Las Iguanas’, Chipotle butter or Pico de gallo.)
-Mixed Salad (Is Vegan & Gluten-free) £3.50

-Taco Sharing Tray (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £14.95
Load little corn & wheat tortillas with melted cheese & salsa, crunchy slaw & your choice of: -Roasted coconut butternut squash-Garlicky mushroom, chilli & thyme with cheese -Chunky sweet potato, butternut squash & chickpea chilli with soured cream. 

Tapas/Starters-

-Quinoa Ensalada (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £4.95
(Quinoa, black beans, sweet potato & sweetcorn in molho à campanha; tomato, chilli,onion, pepper, lime & parsley salsa on guacamole. Served with cranberry chilli salsa,roquito pepper drops & topped with corn tortilla strips & coriander.)

Mexican Classics-

-Three Mushroom Fajita (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £11.95
(Freshly cooked to order in our special mix of coriander, lime, paprika, cumin, onions & peppers. Dished up sizzling, with chunky guacamole, soured cream, jalapeños, tomatosalsa & soft wheat tortillas.)

Salads-

-Avacado & Cranberry Salad (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £7.95
(Avocado, dried cranberries, baby spinach & coriander, tossed in a poppy seed & mustard dressing. Sprinkled with candied spiced almonds.)
-Quinoa Ensalada (This can be made Vegan & Gluten-free) £7.50

(A mild creamy coconut curry with squash, palm hearts, spinach, peppers, garlic & fresh tomatoes. Chunky sweet plantain piled on spring onion rice, with pico de gallo & coconut farofa to sprinkle.)
-Chilli Con Verduras (This can be made Vegan) £8.95
(Chunky sweet potato, butternut squash & chickpeas braised with spiced tomatoes, with spring onion rice, warmed tortillas, pink pickled onion & soured cream.)

Puddings-
-Alphonso Mango Sorbet (Is Vegan & Gluten-free) £4.95
(Three scoops of our handmade sorbet.)
-Tembleque (Is Vegan & Gluten-free) £4.50
(A creamy, set coconut pudding with mixed berries & mango purée.)

As you can see above, Las Iguanas offers a great range of tasty foods for Vegans. I haven't yet visited this Resturant, but i look forward to doing so very soon, and i will add to this post after my experience!
