This recipe includes Cashew nuts & Almond nuts.
Cashew Nuts contain important Vitamins & Minerals which help to maintain a healthy bodily function!
Almonds contain healthy fats, Vitamins and Minerals. They also reduce hunger and help to lower blood sugar levels!
This recipe is easy to make and only includes 8 ingredients.
Coated nuts are a great & tasty snack. They also make good on the go snacks, or even as a starter to your meal!

Ingredients
-2 cups of Cashew Nuts
-1 cup of Almonds
-2 Tablespoons of Curry Powder (I chose Tikka)
-1/4 Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
-1 Teaspoon of Light Olive Oil
-2 & 1/2 Tablespoons of Water
-1 Teaspoon of Maple Syrup
-Pinch of Salt

Step 1- In a lage mixing bowl, add the Curry powder, Cumin Seeds, Oil, Water, Maple Syrup and Salt.
Step 3- Line a baking tray with grease proof paper, and place the nuts on the paper.
Step 4- Once roasted and smelling divine, carefully remove the tray from the oven.
Serve while warm or eaten when cool.
Store in a airtight container and nibble when hungry!
