Spicy guacamole

Vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free, guilt-free
The best guacamole recipe!
Guacamole is an avocado based dip.
I eat avocados everyday, and guacamole is so simple and easy and makes any meal flavoursome & delicious!
I usually enjoy guacamole with rice & salad, in a salad wrap, alongside falafels or name it!

Avocados have a whole range of benefits. For example:
-They are incredibly nutritious
-They contian heart healthy mono-unsaturated fats
-They are loaded with fibre, which is great for your digestive system
-They are high in Vitamin K, C, E, B5 and B6
-They are great for skin & hair 
-They contain high amounts of potassium
-Avocados may help to reduce cancer

There are so many reasons to incorporate avocados into your diet, and what better way than some delightful, guacamole!

Preparation- 5 minutes
Serves- 2-4

-1 large avocados (de-stoned & mashed)
-1 garlic clove (crushed)
-1/2 a lime
-5 cherry tomatos
-Pinch of chilli flakes
-Coriander (optional)

Step 1- Cut the avocado's in half and remove the stone.

Step 2- Place the avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Step 3- Add in the crushed garlic clove, lime juice and chilli.

To serve, season with pepper and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves!
