How to make a unicorn frappuccino

Vegan, dairy-free,  wheat-free, gluten-free
The recent trend of magical unicorn frappuccinos from Starbucks has got me thinking about making some unicorn based sweet treats.

As the unicorn frappuccino is not available in the UK and is not vegan, I wanted to create a delicious recipe everyone can enjoy!

This recipe takes creamy ice-cream with juicy fruits, pretty sprinkles and a touch of magic. This creates a delicious (and instagrammable) drink which can be enjoyed anytime, maybe not for breakfast. :)
 This simple & quick recipe incorporates fresh fruit which gives this drink a pop of fresh & fruity flavour. Mix both flavours together to enjoy.

Ingredients for the blueberry layer
-80g of dairy-free vanilla ice-cream
-60g of fresh blueberries
-20ml of unsweetened almond milk (or any dairy free milk)

Ingredients for the strawberry layer
-100g of dairy-free vanilla ice cream
-60g of strawberries
-20ml of unsweetened almond milk (or any dairy free milk)

Toppings
-Sprinkles
-Edible gold glitter
-Coconut cream (or vegan whip cream)
-Cute straw

To make the blueberry shake
Step 1- Place the ice cream, blueberries and dairy-free milk into a blender and whizz up until smooth.
Step 2- Place aside.

To make the strawberry shake
Step 1- Place the ice cream, strawberries and dairy-free milk into a blender and whizz up until smooth.
Step 2- Pour a thin layer of strawberry shake into the glass and fill up with more blueberry.

Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles and edible glitter.
Best enjoyed immediately.
