The best vegan garlic bread recipe

Vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free
Garlic bread is honestly the best food on earth! If you have some garlic cloves, margarine/butter and bread laying around, you can whip up a fresh batch in under 10 minutes. 
I can't remember a Christmas without a huge pile of buttery garlic bread on the dinner table.

This delicious garlic bread is super quick, easy and simple to make and goes down a storm. It's a side dish which will be gone within minutes of placing it on the table!

Me & my sister love garlic bread and I decided to make some ultra-garlicky and moist garlic bread with some fresh coriander...oh my, it's scrumptious! This did not last long.

Ingredients for the garlic spread
-2 garlic cloves (crushed)
-2 teaspoons of vegan butter/margarine
-Mixed herbs
+ 1 baguette (I use gluten-free Schär)


-A few coriander leaves

Step 1- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and preheat the oven to 190 degrees c.

Step 2- In a small mixing bowl, add in the garlic, butter/margarine and mixed herbs.

Step 3- Slice the baguette and spread some of the garlic mixtures into each slice.
Step 4- Pop the baguette onto the baking tray and place into the oven to bake for 5-8 minutes until crispy. YUM!

Sprinkle over some fresh coriander.
Served warm, and enjoy on the day of making!
