Homemade sorbet is minutes away with my delicious recipe.
Knowing how to make a quick & easy 3 ingredient sorbet is perfect for cooling down on a hot & sunny day.


As here in the UK, we are having a heat wave, I know being in the kitchen is not fun especially when it's over 30 degrees. I wanted to make a healthir=er alternative to ice cream so I choose a fruity & flavorful sorbet.
This sorbet is energising, tasty and ultra refreshing.
What could be better?!
Preparation- 5 minutes
Freezing time- 1 hour
Serves- 6
Level- Easy

Ingredients
-500g of frozen strawberries
-200ml of unsweetened almond milk ( or any dairy-free milk)
-1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Step 1- Place the frozen strawberries, almond milk and maple syrup into a food processor/blender and whizz up until smooth.


Step 2- Place the sorbet into a sealed container and pop into the freezer to thicken.
This will take around an hour.
Serve with fresh strawberries, you could even add a dash of coconut cream for a strawberry & cream sorbet etc.
Store the sorbet in a sealed container in the freezer
