Vegan Starbucks salted caramel frappuccino recipe

Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free

The Starbucks Frappuccino is the perfect way to enjoy a delicious iced coffee.
You can even re-create their tasty drinks at home.

I've made the best (vegan) salted caramel frappuccino with a coffee and caramel base, vegan cream topped off with homemade caramel sauce and a sprinkling of salt. It's refreshing and packed full of flavour, you'll want more!
If you don't have an espresso maker, instant brewed espresso is perfect.

You could even change things up and add some grated chocolate, the choice is yours.

Preparation- 5 minutes
Makes- 4 drinks
Level- Easy

...
Ingredients
-200ml of cold espresso
-100g of ice
-400ml of almond milk (I use unsweetened)
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-2 teaspoon of Starbucks own caramel syrup (optional)

To garnish
-Vegan whipped cream
-Caramel sauce (Get my recipe here)
-Salt
...

Step 1- Brew the espresso and allow to cool.

Step 2- Place the cold espresso, ice, almond milk, sugar and caramel syrup into a blender and whizz up on high until smooth.

Step 3- Pour into a glass and top off with vegan whip cream (you could use coconut cream), a drizzle of homemade caramel sauce (Get my recipe here) and a dash of salt.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
