'Bounty' nice-cream recipe

Vegan, dairy-free, natural sugars

Who doesn't love coconut & chocolate? They are the perfect pair.
Nice-cream has quickly become my favorite dessert to make as it's quick & easy and tastes delicious!

Coconut & chocolate together create the classic 'bounty bar' flavour which is scrumptious!
This nice-cream is perfectly chocolaty and coconutty as well as being ultra creamy and moorish.
I used the tasty Pudology choc pots to add an extra rich chocolate flaovur which works perfectly!

Preparation- Overnight
Serves- 2
Level- Easy

Ingredients
-2 large bananas (frozen)
-1 Pudology choc pot (or you can use cacao powder)
-2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
-Coconut chunks
-Grated dairy-free dark chocolate

Step 1- Place the frozen bananas into a food processor/blender and whizz up.

Step 2- Add in Pudology pudding and coconut.

Step 3- Stir in the desiccated coconut.

Serve with a swirl of left over Pudology pudding, a sprinkling of grated chocolate, desiccated coconut and coconut chunks.



Best served fresh & store in the freezer like you would ice cream.
