Healthy vegan Reeses peanut butter cups recipe

Vegan, dairy-free, wheat-free, natural sugar, 2 ingredients

Make your very own homemade and vegan Reeses peanut butter cups at home with only 2 ingredients!
They look and taste really impressive but only take minutes to make!
As Reese's cups aren't vegan, I decided to make my own and I loved how they turned out, I wanted to share the recipe..if you can even call it a recipe as it's that quick & easy!
Preparation- 5 minutes
Freezing time- 30 minutes
Makes-
Level- Easy

Ingredients
-200g of dark chocolate (Get my homemade dark chocolate recipe here)
-6 tablespoons of peanut butter

Step 1- Line a cupcake tray with cupcake cases.

Step 2- Melt your chocolate and pour some into each cupcake case approximately 1 teaspoons worth), then pop into the freezer to set.
This will take around 5 minutes.
Step 4- Once fully set, spoon around 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each chocolate base, then cover with the remaining melted chocolate.
Place into the freezer to set. This will take around 20-25 minutes.

Once set, serve.
Store in the fridge.
