The best iced gingebread latte recipe

Vegan, dairy-free, quick & easy

It's never too early to enjoy a gingerbread latte...right?!
I had to share with you my delicious vegan gingerbread latte which can be made within minutes!

How adorable are these mini gingerbread men? They are actually baby biscuits from Organix but they're vegan, yay! 
This iced latte is scrumptious. I like to use espresso which has a strong flavour, mixed with a divine subtle gingerbread syrup. This coffee is seriously amazing and is perfectly spiced. A staple for this time of year!!!

Preparation- 5 minutes
Makes- 2 drinks
Level- Easy

Ingredients
-2 shots of espresso
-1 & 1/2 teaspoons of gingerbread syrup (I use Monin)
-Large handful of ice
- Dairy-free milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)

Toppings
-Dairy-free/vegan cream
-Mini gingerbread men (Organix gingerbread men)

Step 1- Brew the coffee and add into a blender along with the syrup and ice.

Step 2- Add in as much milk as you want. I like my coffee creamy so I add around 500ml of milk.
Whizz up until smooth.

Step 3- Pour into a glass and top off with vegan cream and a lil' gingerbread man for decoration (optional).
Pop in a straw and serve.

Best enjoyed fresh of making.
