3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cups recipe

Vegan, gluten-free, no-bake.

Peanut butter cups are my all-time favorite naughty treat!

Peanut butter with chocolate is one of the best combinations (in my opinion) and it makes for the easiest snack.

Add crunchy peanut butter into the cups for an extra tasty bite!

This recipe is super quick & easy to make.

Purely scrumptious!!!

Preparation- 5 minutes

Freezing time- Around 30 minutes

Makes- 6 cups 

Level- Easy

Ingredients

-200g of dairy-free chocolate

-6 tablespoons of peanut butter

-Salt (optional)

To make the peanut butter cups

Step 1- Line a cupcake tin with cupcake cases.

Step 2- Melt and temper the chocolate.

Step 3- Add a tablespoon of chocolate into each cupcake case and using the back of a teaspoon to smooth it up the sides of the cases.

Place the cups into the freezer to set. 

Step 4- Once the chocolate sets, add a tablespoon of peanut butter into each cup and return to the freezer.

Step 5- Add chocolate ontop of the peanut butter and smooth out.

Repeat for each cup.

Step 6- Place into the fridge to set, this will take 10 minutes.

Step 7- Remove the peanut butter cups from the cupcake cases and serve.

Store in the fridge.

      Hello Nicole,
      Im sure it would work perfectly. Just make sure the chocolate isn't too hot before using it in the moulds:) x

    Hi! What type of peanut butter do you use ? Because I know that not all recipes work with "real" 100% peanut butter, some call for the spread containing sugar and additional fat and I just never know what to buy ๐Ÿ˜‰

    On the same topic : does "smooth peanut butter" usually means the smooth/sweetened/fattened spread ?
