Homemade Caramel Iced Latte Recipe

Vegan, gluten-free, easy.

Be your own barista with this absolutely delicious cooling iced coffee!

Rich espresso with dairy-free milk, swirled with caramel sauce and dairy-free milk foam makes for the most delicious coffee! 

Serves- 1
Level- Easy

...
Ingredients
-Handful of ice
-1 brewed espresso
-45ml of dairy-free milk
-Caramel sauce (Get my recipe here)
+
-20ml of dairy-free milk for foaming (if you have a coffee machine with a foamer)

To make the caramel coffee
Step 1. Fill a glass halfway with ice.

Step 2. Drizzle over some caramel sauce.

Step 3. Fill the glass halfway with dairy-free milk.

Step 4. Pour over the brewed and cooled espresso.

Step 5. If you have a coffee machine with a foamer, foam the dairy-free milk and add one top of the coffee.

Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and enjoy.
