Baked curried tortilla chips

Vegan, Dairy-free, Wheat-free, Gluten-free

I have been enjoying Mexican food this summer and what better way to say hello to autumn than with some tasty tortilla chips, curry flavoured!
Tortilla chips are so simple & quick to make and never fail for impress.
These baked tortilla chips contain a lot less fat than your regular shop bought tortilla chips.
They can be served with guacamole, salad, salsa you name it! The choice is yours!
Get stuck in!!!

My 3 ingredient guacamole recipe-

My delicious tangy salsa recipe- coming soom

Serves- 6
-5 gluten-free tortilla wraps 
-2 tablespoons of light olive oil
-1 & 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder
-Pinch of salt
-Pinch of chilli flakes
-1/4 teaspoon of fresh coriander leaves

Step 1- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2- Cut each tortilla into 6 triangle shape chips.
Step 3- Combine the oil, curry powder, chilli flakes and salt in a bowl.
Brush or drizzle the oil mixture onto each tortilla chip, making sure to coat them.
Step 4- Pop the tortilla chips onto a baking tray and place into the oven to bake for 8 minutes.

Step 5- Once crispy, take the tray out of the oven and place on a cooling rack.
Serve with cool guacamole, fiery salsa or a spicy quinoa mix!
