Veganism may sound scary & a big change, but it can be very easy these days!
Most high street restaurants and supermarkets have different options available for vegan diets - which is amazing!
A little tip is to ask a restaurant worker what options are available for your specific dietary needs, and they are usually very helpful. Even starting by making one of your daily meals into a vegan meal, you'll be making a positive change and you will also feel the health benefits too, which feel great! :)

On my website, i have a whole range of raw, dinner & lunch dishes available which are all vegan.

I am really passionate about creating delicious recipes which are good for the planet and for your health.
I want my blog to be a place where i can promote veganism in a positive way.
I have been vegan for a few years now and i feel the healthiest i have ever been. 
My cat Tiggs has really helped me to understand the importance of saving animals from cruelty and suffering, and to live a healthier way, and i can't thank him enough for that (other than give him loads of treats and cuddles) 

Veganuary aims to reduce the suffering of animals by inspiring and supporting people across the globe to go vegan for the first month of the year...January!

Some very inspirational celebrities including Miley Cyrus, Brad Pitt, Steve-O, Ellie Goulding, Beyonc√©, Jared Leto, Ariana Grande... plus loads more well known celebs all follow a vegan lifestyle. How amazing is that!!!
