No-bake vegan cookie dough recipe

Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, natural sugar

Baked cookies are good....cookie dough is even better!
Cookie dough is the perfect treat if you can't wait for cookies to bake in the oven.
I love cookie dough and could eat it by the spoonful!
Eating raw cookie dough (containing egg) is a no-no, so this edible recipe is the perfect quick & easy treat that literally takes minutes to make and tastes scrumptious!
I included my favourite chocolate drops, Moo Free Baking Drops which act as the chocolate chips, they are super moorish.
I can't get enough of these little balls of deliciousness!!!

Preparation- 5 minutes
Chilling time- 10 minutes
Makes- Approximately 10
Level- Easy

-130g plain flour (I use gluten-free)
-Pinch of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
-55g of coconut oil (Melted)
-50g of dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Moo Free baking drops)

Step 1- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, vanilla extract, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
Allow the dough to cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.
If not the chocolate chips will melt when added.

Step 2- Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.

Step 3- Scoop into balls and pop into the freezer to firm up for 5-10 minutes then serve.
