Berry smoothie bowl recipe

Vegan, natural sugars, dairy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free.

Who could say no to a smoothie bowl? Especially when it's this cute...'berry' cute!
A smoothie bowl is the perfect snack or breakfast and can be whipped up within minutes.
They're creamy, packed full of flavour, naturally sweet and satisfying.
I made my smoothie bowl extra with some adorable ice cream bunnies (perfect for spring) with fondant details, topped with blueberries and strawberries for a fruity touch.
Smoothie bowls are the perfect way to turn smoothies into a meal. You can get very creative and add in your favourite fruits, spreads, superfoods etc....go crazy! 

Preparation- Overnight
Makes- 1 bowl
Level- Easy

-2 large bananas 
-20g of frozen mixed berries
-1 can of coconut cream (cream only)
-1 teaspoon of maple syrup
-1 teaspoons of dairy-free milk (if needed)

Step 1- Place the frozen bananas, mixed berries, coconut cream and maple syrup into a food processor/blender and whizz up until creamy. Add in a splash of dairy-free milk if it's too thick.

Serve in a bowl and top off with some strawberries and blueberries.
Best served fresh & store in the freezer like you would ice cream.
