3 ingredient chocolate pots recipe

Vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, quick & easy.

Ever wanted a quick & easy dessert, containing only 3 ingredients which you most probably have in your cupboard?!
I have you covered!

These are my 3 ingredient chocolate pots, filled with dark chocolate pudding, topped with lightly whipped coconut cream.
They're vegan, gluten-free and wheat-free, so everyone can tuck in!

These individual chocolate pots are perfect to serve as a dessert, along with some coconut cream and a light grating of dark chocolate (or your favourite vegan chocolate).
Rich, creamy and full of chocolaty flavour. They're extremely moorish!

They require no baking, no-freezing and can be ready to enjoy under 3-4 hours.

They'd be perfect to serve at a garden party, special occasion or just to enjoy whilst watching your favourite film!

They'll be a summer hit!!!

Preparation- Overnight
Serves- 4
Level- Easy

-1 can of coconut cream (cream only)
-1 tablespoon of coconut oil
-300g of dairy-free dark chocolate

Step 1- Chop the chocolate and place into a heatproof bowl.

Step 2- From a can of coconut cream, scoop out the cream and place into a small saucepan along with the coconut oil.
Heat on medium until it just reaches the boil.

Step 3- When the coconut mixture is steaming, pour over the chopped chocolate.

Step 4- Allow to sit for a few minutes to melt, then gently stir until fully combined and silky smooth.

Step 5- Pour into your chosen glasses then pop into the fridge to chill for around 3-4 hours.
I allow mine to sit in the fridge overnight.

Serve with some whipped coconut cream and a grating of dark chocolate.
