Ingredients
-150g of golden caster sugar
-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
-150g of dairy-free butter (melted)
-280g of GF plain flour
-50g of dairy-free chocolate chips
-20g of crushed hazelnuts
-20g of crushed hazelnuts

To make the cookies
Step 1- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees c, and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Step 2- Place the sugar, vanilla and melted butter into a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3- Add in the flour and mix until combined.
Step 4- Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed hazelnuts.
Step 5- Roll the cookie mixture into balls, and press onto the lined tray.
Step 6- Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6- Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7- Place onto a cooling rack and allow to cool before serving.
Best enjoyed fresh.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 3 days!
