  • 200g of dairy-free dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • Pinch of flaked sea salt (optional)

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, syrup and chopped strawberries until the berries are coated in the yogurt mixture.
  3. Scoop the strawberry mixture onto the lined baking tray, in 1/2 tablespoon scoops to make a heart shape. Alternatively you could just do 1tbs blobs.
  4. Place into the freezer for at least 2-3 hours until fully frozen.
  5. Fill a saucepan with water and place on the hob. Add the chocolate and coconut oil into a heat proof bowl and place on top of the pan creating a bain-marie. allow the chocolate to melt. Alternatively, melt in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
  6. Coat each frozen strawberry bite in the melted dark chocolate and place back on the lined tray. Freeze until the chocolate is set.
  7. Serve and enjoy. They’re even better placed in the fridge, so the chocolate stays firm but the middle is thick and creamy.
