Vegan french toast

Vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, quick & easy
Cinnamon french toast, with strawberries and homemade healthy 'Nutella'

Breakfast in bed is always a delight to wake up to in the morning!
French toast is usually made with dunking bread into egg & milk, but making a yummy vegan version is quick, simple and requires no animal ingredients! All round yay :) Plus is absolutely delicious!
The perfect french toast is brown & crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
The variety of french toast is endless. This recipe works amazingly well with thick bread, white and wholegrain. It works best with thick slices of loaf bread that are several days old!
