Vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, natural sugar
Lately, I've been a little obsessed with smoothie bowls (especially decorating them).
They're yummy to wake up to or enjoy as a healthier dessert.
I had a lot of frozen mixed berries in my freezer and decided to make a quick & easy smoothie bowl.
I also picked up some dragonfruit (finally) and I couldn't wait to incorporate it into a recipe! They look stunning on top and give this bowl more added flavour & texture.

It contains natural sugars and is full of antioxidants.
This bowl is full of fruity flavour and delicious!

Ingredients
-2 large bananas (Frozen)
-100g of mixed berries (I use frozen strawberries, blueberry, blackberries, raspberries and red berries)
-1 tablespoon of fruit syrup (optional)
-30ml of almond milk
...
Step 1- Place the frozen bananas, mixed berries, syrup and almond milk into a food processor/blender and whizz up until creamy.
Serve in a bowl and top off with some strawberries, dragon fruit balls, desiccated coconut, and berries.
Best served fresh & store in the freezer like you would ice cream.
