Avocado & Tahini Dip with a Kick!

Vegan, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Wheat-free, Gluten-free, Guilt-fre
I love Dips as they are so versatile. You can spice them up with different Spices & Chillis or cool them down with Sour Creams, Cucumber & Tomatoes...
I really enjoy Guacamole and decided to make a slightly different Avocado based dip which i can enjoy for Lunches and as a snack.

This Recipe is only 1 Step which is great for a quick & Tasty dip, which needs hardly any time to make!

Also, this Recipe contains Tahini which is a Sesame paste. Tahini is great in Vitamin E, Protein, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin B's, high in Minerals, high in Good fats, helps to promote healthy Cell Growth and helps to prevent Anaemia. 

Did you know, Tahini also helps to maintain Healthy, Glowing Skin and Muscle Tone...which is important!

Lemons also have a lot of Vitamin C and have many other Benefits. I will write a separate Blog post on Lemons soon, so keep an eye out on my Blog.

This Recipe also contains Extra virgin Olive Oil which is full of health Benefits, Omega 3& 6 being one example and is a good fat. 

Combining all of these Ingredients in one dish, makes for a super healthy & tasty side dish!

Ingredients-
-1 Ripe Avocado
-1 Teaspoon of Oil (I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
-1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
-1/2 Lemon (Juice)
-1/8 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
-Pinch of Ground Pepper
-Pinch of Chilli Flakes 
-1/8 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
-1 1/2 Teaspoon of Tahini (Seseme Seed Paste)
...
Lets get cooking....

Step 1- Combine all of the ingredients above into a Blender or Food Processor and whizz up until Smooth, thick &  Creamy. 
You can also add extra Lemon Juice or Water to get your desired consistency!

You can add Fresh Chopped Coriander which also compliments the flavours of the Dip. I Sprinkled some Chilli Flakes on-top for an added Kick, and a lemon Slice...omnomnom!!!

Serving Suggestion-
-With Tortillas as a snack or Starter

-On top of Toasted Bread, Breadsticks

-Along side Celery, Carrot Sticks...

-Use like Guacamole on Tacos/Burritos
