Quick & easy vegan salted caramel sauce

Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, natural sugar

I am genuinely over the moon with this recipe and am soo excited to share it with you guys!
There is nothing I like more than sweet and salty. The hero of sweet and salty has to be salted caramel!
I used my favourite almond butter, Biona Organics to help create this delicious treat.
This is the best caramel sauce you will EVER try! I'm not kidding, it's scrumptious!
Made using only 3 ingredients, this caramel sauce is smooth, silky, sweet, salty and extremely moorish.
It's perfect for drizzling over desserts, drinks etc. You could even dip in apples, anything you fancy!

Preparation- 5 minutes
Cooking time- 3-5 minutes
Level- Easy

...
Ingredients
-50g of coconut oil (melted)
-70g of maple syrup
-60g of almond butter (I used Biona Organics)
-Pinch of salt
...

Step 1- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the coconut oil and maple syrup until silky smooth.

Step 2- Mix in the almond butter and salt until smooth.

Serve whilst warm or keep in the fridge for 'ready to eat' caramel sauce...yum!
Let it sit at room tempter to soften.
