Peach nice-cream | ft Candy Kittens

Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, natural sugars

Just a few wholesome ingredients can create a delicious iced treat!
I LOVE nice-cream as it's not only tasty but packed full of natural ingredients which are a healthier alternative to ice-cream and literally tastes the same (or even better!).
Blending frozen bananas makes a divine dessert, but add in peach for a pop of fruity flavour!
I was inspired by my favourite sweeties, the new 'Sweet Peach' flavour from Candy Kittens and wanted to make a dessert to show my appreciation (and to nibble on with them too).

This nice-cream is 100% vegan and contains only natural sugars. It's perfect for breakfast, a snack, dessert...or whenever you want a sweet little bowl of fruity goodness.
Tuck in and enjoy!

Preparation- Overnight
Serves- 4
Level- Easy

Ingredients
-2 large bananas (Frozen)
-2 large peaches (Frozen)
-120ml of almond milk
-2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Toppings (optional)

-Fresh Peach slices
-Unsweetened desiccated coconut
-Vegan cream (I use Soyatoo)
-Sweet Peach Candy Kittens

Step 1- In a food processor/blender, whizz up the frozen bananas, peaches, almond milk and maple syrup until smooth.

Pop into a bowl.
Serve plain or add  some slices of fresh peach, a sprinkling of coconut, swirl of cream and finish off with some yummy peach Candy Kittens. 

Best served fresh.
