Overnight Oats

Chocolate & Coconut Overnight Oats

Overnights Oats are utterly delicious & such a simple breakfast option.
I haven't made overnight Oats before, but i am so glad i did! 
I love Chocolate & Coconut flavoured Flapjacks, so i decided to incorporate those flavours into my breakfast Oats!

Soaking the Oats overnight in Soya Milk, Maple syrup, Cocoa Powder and Coconut make a creamy, flavourful base whilst the Chia Seeds add texture and additional Protein and Nutrients!

-1/2 cup of Gluten-free Oats
-1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
-2 Teaspoons of Maple Syrup
-1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
-1/4 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
-1/2 cup of Soya Milk

Step 1- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and combine.

Step 2- Place the mixture into your favourite glass and cover.
Pop into the Fridge overnight to set.

Best served fresh!
I served my breakfast with fresh Fruit, Coconut Chips, Oats, Chia Seeds and a sprig of Mint.
