Pancake day is tomorrow (Shrove Tuesday) so I wanted to share my recipe for The BEST Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes. They’re flipping delicious (pun intended). They are great fun to make with family and kids!
I made pancakes at least once a week for breakfast and these vegan chocolate chip pancakes have fast become a favourite of mine, as they’re just so tasty!
Quick and easy pancakes which are fluffy and light, filled with tasty chocolate chips, topped with a swirl of dairy-free cream and a drizzle of maple syrup. It’s not pancake day without pouring over the maple syrup – haha!

I served my pancakes with a square of dairy-free block butter ( I use Naturli), a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkled over more chocolate chips. Oh, and can’t forget the swirl of dairy-free cream on the side- yum!
