Iced coffee protein shake recipe

Vegan, dairy-free, natural-sugar, quick & easy

Who is guilty of enjoying an iced coffee with breakfast....I know I am! 
I always have the same, an iced almond milk latte and wanted to switch it up!

Why not combined a milkshake with an iced coffee?! Seemed like a great idea to me and I am so happy I did it, it tastes delicious!

A banana & coffee protein shake is the perfect flavourful option for breakfast or takes on the go as a pick me up!
It's vegan, contains naturally occurring sugars and is ultra refreshing.
If you love coffee, you have to make this!!! 

Preparation- 2 minutes
Makes- 2 drinks
Level- easy

-180ml of almond milk
-100ml of coffee 
-1 banana (chopped)
-Large handful of ice
-1 teaspoon of vanilla protein powder (I use Nutriseed)
-2 coconut milk pellets (optional)

Step 1- Place the almond milk, coffee, banana, ice, protein powder and coconut pellets into a blender and whizz up until creamy.
Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy!
Why not sprinkle over some oats or chia seeds..yum!

If your shake isn't thick enough for your liking, why not add more ice :)
